We had the best experience in the afternoon safaris we took, seeing mostly birds, deer, monkeys and similar smaller mammals in the morning. We were delighted to have seen a total of 4 tigers over 2 days so would highly recommend spending a bit more than just the 1 days looking for them if you don’t want to be disappointed. We had really good guides who tracked and got us in front of the tigers for very good views and allowed us time to wait for them to appear initially. We’d also highly recommend spending a bit more for a jeep rather than the huge canters which can’t move around so easily in the Forest.
